We take great care to ensure that your precious metals arrive safely and securely. Please read the following important information regarding our delivery process: ​

 

Insured Shipping

All orders above €500 in value are shipped fully insured, offering you peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

Please note: insured shipping incurs higher shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Please note that shipping is still at risk of the buyer. If you want to organize your own shipping and send us the label? This is possible and we will pay you back the shipping cost. 

 

Shipping Times

In the Netherlands the shipping times are 1 to 3 working days.

In the EU the shipping times are 2 to 5 working days.

Outside of the EU the shipping times are 3 to 7 working days. ​

 

Shipping times may vary and they are indicative, the real times are depending on:

Availability from the mint (especially for newly released or backordered coins)

Our in-store stock levels

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items promptly, and we will communicate expected delivery timeframes clearly at the time of your order.

If an item is on pre-order or awaiting mint supply, longer processing times may apply.

If, in the rare case, an item is out of stock after you purchase the product. We will contact you about estimated shipping and availabillity times. In these cases you have the chance to cancel your purchase.

 

Pick ups

Pick ups are not possible due to safety reason and overhead cost. We try to lower the overhead cost and keep everything digital to make sure we can offer the best prices.

 

High value orders outside The Netherlands

Orders above 10.000 euro's need to be declared by customs when shipping outside of the Netherlands. In case you place such an order, we will contact you and additional processing cost may apply.  ​​

 

No Returns – Precious Metals Exemption Due to the price volatility of precious metals, returns or order cancellations are not possible once a purchase has been confirmed. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Article 16, which exempts goods subject to price fluctuations beyond the seller's control. We advise customers to review their order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
